"How to Explain Never Ai"
"i never want to use ai. i know there are likely some uses for it, but i cannot ignore the huge environmental costs. yet at work the other day, a casual chat turned into three different people (ages 19, 30, and 48) all talking about how they plan to use AI to write their bios, or emails, or social promo posts. how do i reach these people? do they just not know? do they not care? i want to reach them, because i think this is critical."

This is also an issue I get worried about. I see AI getting pusehd into everything and I... just don't get it. I don't want AI combing through all of my data. I can do these things myself. At my tech job it's split almost 50/50 between people super excited for AI and super weary of it. And I just... don't get it. I'm so tired of seeing AI in everything, but at this point I feel just like an old man yelling at the sky.
